Structural, geotechnical and MEP engineering in Florida
Licensed Florida Professional Engineers delivering structural plans, geotechnical reports, MEP design and permit-ready construction documents, designed to the Florida Building Code. One team. One point of contact. Zero runaround.
Why BOZ in Florida
You need drawings approved. You need permits pulled. You need someone who picks up the phone.
Most engineering firms take weeks to return a simple set of structural calculations. Then you chase them for revisions. Then you wait again for the county to send comments — and nobody's coordinating the response.
BOZ Engineering handles it differently. We prepare your drawings, manage the permit review, respond to county comments, and deliver your approved set with the permit in hand. You start construction. We handle everything else.

Client testimonial
From contractors running tight schedules to homeowners navigating their first renovation, our clients count on BOZ Engineering for same-day responses, PE-stamped plans that pass review, and one team that handles everything from structural design through approved permit.
"We wanted to remove a load-bearing wall and open up our kitchen. Koray came out, explained exactly what was needed, and we had stamped plans in about a week. He even handled the permit with Fairfax County so we did not have to deal with any of that. Our contractor was also happy with the speed and communication."
"We use BOZ on almost every project now. They pick up the phone, they turn plans around fast, and they handle the permit process so my crew is never sitting idle waiting on drawings. I used to juggle three different engineering firms now I make one call and everything is covered."
"I called BOZ on a Friday afternoon with an emergency, a foundation wall was failing on one of my job sites and we needed a structural engineer out there fast. Koray was on site the next morning, assessed the damage, and had a repair design to us within days. That is the kind of response time that keeps my business running. I have referred him to every contractor I know."
